J. Bryan Dixon is a sports medicine specialist who works to prevent, diagnose and rehabilitate injuries in active people. His practice centers on non-operative orthopedics and the comprehensive medical care of athletes. Dr. Dixon has a special interest in shoulder injuries, tendon disorders and youth sports injuries including concussion.

Dr. Dixon sees patients at Orthopaedic Associates of Marquette, P.C., in the Peninsula Medical Center, where he will work closely with Drs. Robert Blotter, Matthew Colligan, Kenneth Davenport, Wallace Pearson, Clayton Peimer, Matthew Songer and Edward Southern. This relationship between Marquette General Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Associates of Marquette, P.C., provides patients efficient consultation with a variety of specialists.

Board certified in sports medicine and family medicine, Dr. Dixon completed his family medicine residency at the Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program, where he was chief resident his final year. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University – College of Human Medicine. He has completed a sports medicine fellowship at Notre Dame’s South Bend Sports Medicine Fellowship Training Program in South Bend, Indiana.
